Why enterprise AI projects stall, and the fix
Most stalled projects were scoped as a platform when they should have been scoped as one painful workflow.

A large company decides to do AI. A committee forms, a platform is designed, a year passes, and there is a demo but nothing in daily use. This happens because the project tried to solve everything at once.
The fix is to pick the single workflow your teams complain about the most. One approval chain, one reconciliation, one pile of documents someone reads by hand. Build the system that removes that, put it into real use, and measure it against the numbers you agreed before starting.
Once one workflow is clearly better, the next one is an easy decision instead of a debate. Momentum comes from shipping something small that works, not from a bigger plan.
