01Who we are
Varenyaa is an AI engineering studio. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used.

02What we collect
What you give us. When you use the contact form or the free audit, we collect your name, work email, company or website if you add it, and the answers you write. We use only what you choose to send.
Tools that run in your browser. The Where do I start finder and the ROI calculator work on your device. Your answers are not sent to us unless you continue to the audit, and then only what you submit there.
Technical information, only if you agree. If you accept analytics, we receive data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics handles this for us.
Saved on your device, only if you agree. If you accept, we keep a small note on your device of which industry or service pages you looked at, so we can say something useful when you return. It never leaves your device.
03Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to you and prepare your audit or consultation. This is needed to take steps at your request before any contract, and it is in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries.
- To improve the website. Analytics runs only with your consent.
- To show you a relevant welcome message. This runs only with your consent.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping records or answering a lawful request.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
05Moving information between countries
Some providers process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
06How long we keep it
- Enquiries and audit requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the engagement agreement applies.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in our analytics account, which we aim to keep at 14 months or less.
- On your device: your cookie choice and visit note stay until you clear them or change your choice.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
To use any of these rights, write to assist.varenyaa@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
09How we protect it
We limit who can see what you send, use trusted providers and keep the website up to date. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or highly sensitive data through the website forms.
10Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11Client work and AI
If we build something for you, the data you share for that work is covered by your engagement agreement and by our Trust and data page. Your data stays yours and is never used to train anyone else's AI.
12Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you on the website.
