01About these terms

These terms apply when you use varenyaa.com and when you ask us for an audit, a consultation or an estimate. If we agree to work together, a written engagement agreement will set out the details. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

02What we offer

Varenyaa provides AI engineering, data and automation services. Our audit and our first consultation are completely free, with no obligation. You keep the findings whether or not we work together.

Paid work is agreed in writing before it starts, including what is included, the timeline and the price.

03Estimates, changes and payment

After the audit we give you a written estimate. It states what is included. If the scope changes, we tell you first and agree the change in writing before any extra work begins.

Payment terms, such as how work is invoiced and when payment is due, are set out in your engagement agreement. We can work on a fixed price, an hourly rate or a monthly retainer.

04What we need from you

• Accurate information about your business and your systems.
• Timely access to the people, tools and data we need.
• The right to share any data you give us, including any personal data in it.

Delays or gaps on your side can change the timeline or the cost, and we will tell you if they do.

05Who owns what

You own what we build specifically for you, including the code, once it is paid for in full. You are never locked in.

We keep our own tools, methods and general know how, and any third party software keeps its own licence. Unless we agree otherwise, we may mention completed work in our portfolio without naming you or sharing confidential details.

06Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential and use it only to do the work. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive.

07AI outputs and results

AI systems can make mistakes. We design for human review, and you stay responsible for decisions made using what a system produces.

We do not guarantee a particular result, saving or return. Case studies and figures on this website are representative of typical engagements, with client names withheld, and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

Nothing we build or say is investment, legal, tax or medical advice. Where we build research or analysis tools, a qualified person must make the final decision.

08Third party tools

Our work may rely on third party services, such as AI model providers or hosting. We tell you which ones before you sign. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

09Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Please do not try to break it, overload it or access it in ways it is not meant to be used.

The text, design and graphics on this website belong to Varenyaa. Please ask before you copy or republish them.

10Limits on our liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity. For work we do, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement as set out in the agreement. If it ends early, you pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over the work completed.

12Governing law

The governing law and the courts that can hear a dispute are set out in your engagement agreement. For use of this website only, the laws of the place where Varenyaa is established apply, without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
